Hourly weather forecast for Trenton from The Weather Channel

As of 9:30 a.m., today’s scheduled 1:05 p.m. game between the Harrisburg Senators and the Trenton Thunder is still on, but it really doesn’t seem like they’ll have a chance to play. I decided to stay home and watch on television to see if the New York Mets can dodge the raindrops rather than make the trip to Trenton.

UPDATE: As of 11 a.m., today’s game has been called.

As you’ve probably heard by now, Andy Pettitte‘s next stop will be Trenton as he continues to prepare himself to pitch in the major leagues again. Pettitte is scheduled to start Wednesday night against the Erie Seawolves. You can get your tickets here, if you’re so inclined.

I’ll be watching the Mets play the Marlins and hoping Jose Reyes doesn’t have a good series in his return to Citi Field as a fish.
