  1. I’m tired of labeling everything as “awesome”, so I’m going to say that this video clip is “delightfully incredible”.

    I’ve recently come to realize that U.S. teams could learn a thing or five from Korean and Japanese first pitches.

    • At most games I go to, the ceremonial first pitch is a way to recognize a sponsor (major leagues) or season ticket holders/group ticket leaders (minor leagues.) In Asia, it seems like an additional part of the entertainment. (Then again, maybe they have boring first pitches just as often and nobody bothers to bring those to our attention.)
